Covid-19 is causing havoc with so much of life at the moment. With life changing daily, keeping the site up to date is a challenge at the moment. We apologise if things aren't quite right. We'd advise you to drop us a message if you have any questions. We hope you're doing ok at the moment

the adventure starts here
Adventure?
Yup, adventure! We believe that church is about more than pews, pastel colours, and boring meetings. We believe following Jesus is an adventure. As we read the stories of Jesus and the early church in the Bible we can't avoid the truth that it is exciting. There is a revolution that Jesus started which is transforming the world, bringing redemption, hope, freedom, love, and healing. We, as a small expression of the global church, want to be part of that adventure...and we want to offer you the chance to join in too!
Our hope is that this website is a door into that adventure. If you're looking for a church to be part of, on holiday in the area, or just want to find out what is happening in our community centre this week, we want you to feel at home here. Hopefully this website will help you find out a bit more about us but please do get in touch if you'd like to know more. Our contact details are at the bottom of the page.
Welcome home...the adventure starts here!

Who are We?
If you've ever stood on the terraces of a football ground you'll have heard the deafening cry of "who are ya! who are ya!" and two be honest it's a fair question to ask. There's loads of ways we could answer that question, and we'll attempt to answer it on our WHO page. Click on the menu at the top of the page or HERE to be taken there.
For the time being though, here's a short video explaining a bit about who we are and what we're all about.
If you still have questions then drop us a message and we'll have a chat over email or even meet up for a coffee.

So, you guys run the phoenix?
The Phoenix is home to much of what we do. It's where we have our offices and where we run our Sunday services. It is also a vibrant community hub serving the communities of Dumbarton West. The Phoenix hosts a wide variety of groups, activities and events for a wide range of people. You'll find people having some incredible food in our community cafe, kids rocking up for youth clubs, toddler groups and baby massage, exercise classes, art workshops, people pottering in our community garden, people getting support in their recovery journey, volunteers giving up their time and learning new skills, and crowds of people turning up for our community events.
To be honest, you'll just need to come along an experience The Phoenix yourself. You can find out more HERE or drop in and have a chat with a member of the team. The Phoenix is a place where everyone is welcome.

Sundays & Beyond
Our Sunday services are at 10:30am on Sundays at The Phoenix. You can find out more details HERE. You're more than welcome to join us. Just turn up or if you'd find it easier, drop us a message and we'll look out for you when you arrive.
While you're more than welcome to join us on a Sunday, we also know Sunday services don't work for everyone. Quite a few people who would consider themselves part of the family here don't come on a Sunday. We believe there are many doors into the life of The Rock and into the journey of following Jesus. So if Sundays don't work for you click HERE to check out our house groups and other groups which form part of our life together as a church.
