Moldova

Sandwiched between Romania and Ukraine, Moldova emerged as an independent republic following the collapse of the USSR in 1991. Moldova is currently the poorest country in Europe.  It is however a beautiful place and holds a special place in our hearts.

​The money we send from the monthly collections goes to a couple of places.  One third of the money supports the work of the church in Aliona's home village, Suruceni.  The other two thirds go to Stella's Voice, a project that supports orphans in the country.

We also hold an annual event "Cake Wars," an all you can eat cake extravaganza, that supports CSC, who support Christian students in Moldova.
