Rock Community Church continues to thrive

 

as a Fairtrade Church, with monthly sales 

 

from our Fairtrade stall averaging around 

 

£100.

 

Some women from the church held a 

 

digniTEA party to find out about the 

 

desperate plight of garment workers in the 

 

developing world – and also to have tea, 

 

coffee and cake. (All Fair Trade!)

 

Many Real Advent Calendars were bought 

 

and Patricia created 10 magnificent Christmas 

 

stockings to raise funds for 4 Homes of 

 

Mercy in Bethany. (Her wee notice about 

 

next year’s quilt is still in this edition, just to 

 

remind you!)

 

We are hoping to have regular craft sales 

 

from Comfort Rwanda, as a means of 

 

supporting the producers there. Please buy

 

liberally!
