Children and Youth Activities

We believe that children and young people are a very important part of the church and are vital for its growth.

Creche:

Rock Community Church has a commitment to all its young people, from babies and toddlers through to young (and not so young) teens! We are blessed with a growing number of toddlers and have recently set up a creche so they can be cared for too. A creche will also mean that parents will not always have the responsibility of looking after their child every week.

In view of Rock Community Church's Child Protection Policy, all those working with all children are required to undertake a check by Disclosure Scotland. If you are interested in finding out more, please contact Billy McClung (Child Protection Officer)

CHILD PROTECTION POLICY:
Rock Community Church has a deep concern for the wholeness and wellbeing of each individual. Through its members, working together with the Central Registered Body in Scotland (CRBS), and statutory agencies, the church seeks to safeguard the welfare of all people who come into contact with the church and its services.

The Gospel proclaims that it’s the responsibility of everyone within the fellowship of the church to prevent harm, be it physical, sexual or emotional, and we will always seek to reduce risk.

The church’s commitment to safeguarding reminds us that God cares passionately about the welfare and wellbeing of all people.
